On rare occasions the store is very busy and quality customer service is understandably spread thin. Their prices are far better than dealerships and they give me a military/veteran discount on most things. The only two complaints I have is that they do not stack coupons or offers together. For example, if I have earned a $5 O-rewards coupon they will not stack that with a military/veteran discount. It has to be one or the other. The other complaint I have, which is more of a piece of advise, is to watch out for some cheap quality made-in-china junk. Other than that, this place has earned my repeat business.
